Academy Days is a perfect opportunity to learn all about Mount Ellis Academy.

You'll get acquainted with our students, teachers, staff, and campus. We’d love to see you and your parents at 11 am on Friday, April 24.

Please feel free to look at a dorm room for next school year with the deans, talk with the registrar about class scheduling, and the business manager about a financial plan for your education at Mount Ellis Academy.  We are here to help you make Christian education possible.

Academy Days provides students and parents with an opportunity to experience the amazing place, students and faculty that is Mount Ellis Academy. While here we want to answer as many of your questions as possible while giving small experience snippets in these areas:

All students attending will receive a scholarship

Everyone who attends will receive a scholarship of $250.

An Early Bird Scholarship of $100 is also available to Families that complete an online RenWeb application for the upcoming school year and submit a $100 payment toward next years fees by January 31, 2020. 

Free housing and meals

Please bring your own pillow, and linens or a sleeping bag. You'll also need a towel, gym appropriate clothes, personal items, and warm clothes. Yes, it sometimes snows in April.

Friday, april 24

  • Morning: Travel to Bozeman

  • 11 am to 12 pm: Registration MEA Chapel

  • 12 to 12:30 pm: Lunch Café’

  • 12:30 pm: Welcome at the MEA chapel Doug Schmidt

  • 1 to 4:30 pm: Attend Classes and ask questions IA and Adm Building

Parents: Attend Classes and Tour with Doug, Erin and Leisel

Students: Attend seven classroom stations (25 minutes each with a 5-minute transition periods)

  • Science

  • Music

  • Bible

  • Industrial Arts - Wood Shop, Art, Home Economics, Auto Shop & Welding

  • 4:30 pm: Soccer (Field) & Basketball (Gym) Clinics

  • 6:19 pm: Sunset

  • 6:30 pm: Leave for Ski Hill Lodge - Worship & Afterglow

  • 10:00 pm: Lights Outs

Sabbath, April 25

  • 8:30 am: Breakfast

  • 10 am: Church — Music by MEA

  • 11 am: Sabbath School — IA Building Upstairs

  • 12:30 pm: Lunch

  • 1:30 pm: Off-site outdoor activity TBD

  • 5:30 pm: Supper

  • 6:30 pm: Worship — Prayer Garden

  • 6:45 pm: Battle of the Sexes — MEA Chapel

  • 8:15 pm: Games (4 square volleyball / School Scramble) — Gym

  • 10 pm: Lights out

Sunday, April 26

  • 7:20 am Breakfast

  • 8 am: Worship (Songs provided by MEA students/ MEA Students Worship)

  • 8:30 am: Assembly, Video

  • 9:30 am: Closing remarks and prayer

  • 9:45 am: Group Picture
